|
Work on plants in the overnight and/or daytime hours. Help maintain plants using preventative maintenance measures. Performs other duties as assigned. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | |||
|
Must possess an excellent safety attitude. Communicate effectively using verbal, listening, and written techniques. Work with difficult people in a high stress environment. Carry out both written and verbal instructions with limited supervision. Ability to multi-task in stressful situations. Ability to work on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Experience preferred but will train the right individual. Basic mechanical knowledge a must. Must have five (5) years of experience in welding and repair of construction equipment. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. |
