Knife River - Casper Division is accepting applications for Distributor Truck Operator for our construction services operations. This is a full-time position located in Casper, Wyoming. The normal work week is Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed to maintain schedule totaling 50 to 60+ hours per week. 1.Persons shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies. 2.Candidate will be responsible to operate and maintain distributor truck to safely and efficiently apply tack, emulsified, and asphalt oil for paving and chip seal operations. 3.Operator shall be able to drive at a consistent speed and in a straight line, able to safely load hot oil, clean nozzles, inventory product and track spread rates, and keep truck in a clean and safe working condition. 4.Person will also be expected to assist asphalt paving operations with labor and machine operation including raking, shoveling, and compacting asphalt on parking lots, streets, and highways. 5.Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work. 6.Operator shall have the ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues. 7.Persons shall be willing to work extended hours and expect some travel/out of town work. 8.Successful candidate shall become a team player with timely and consistent attendance. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | |||

Applicant must also possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Applicants must possess a valid Class A driver's license with a tanker endorsement and a current medical card. Applicant must have a clean driving record and be familiar with all DOT regulations. Applicant must successfully pass a post offer pre-employment drug test and physical. Physical Requirements: Job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including: standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. |
